PacePlan helps runners to calculate their target time and distance. By doing so it helps to improve training efficiency. PacePlan calculates Time, Distance, Pace (min/mile) and speed immediately as soon as one of these values gets altered. A table shows how much time must have elapsed after each mile/kilometer for the training goal to be achieved. As an additional information PacePlan calculates the estimated amount of energy in kCal for the run based on your body weight and distance to run.
